About Epsilon Risks
Epsilon Risks is an independent risk intelligence and advisory firm helping organizations assess political, security, regulatory, financial and operational risks across international markets.
Our services include country risk assessments, geopolitical monitoring, strategic forecasting, due diligence and bespoke advisory support for businesses, public institutions and international organizations.
The opportunity
We are expanding our sales across EMEA, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional with established relationships among organizations responsible for employees, contractors and other personnel working across international markets.
Our priority clients include multinational employers, international staffing and recruitment agencies, global mobility providers, medical assistance companies and organizations managing personnel in remote, fragile or high-risk environments.
Many of these organizations deploy people across multiple countries but do not maintain their own geopolitical and security intelligence capabilities. Epsilon Risks can help them assess destination risks, monitor developments affecting their personnel and prepare for potential disruptions.
We are particularly interested in candidates who already work with relevant decision-makers and can leverage those relationships to develop commercial opportunities from the outset.
Your sector focus
You will primarily develop relationships with:
- International staffing and recruitment companies, particularly those placing healthcare professionals, engineers, technical specialists and other personnel on temporary international assignments.
- Multinational employers with personnel operating across multiple countries, including organizations with remote worksites, traveling employees and internationally deployed contractors.
- Global mobility and workforce management providers responsible for international assignments, employee relocation and contractor support.
- Medical assistance and evacuation providers requiring independent country intelligence, security monitoring or specialist analysis to complement their own operational capabilities.
- Travel-risk and duty-of-care teams responsible for employee safety, crisis preparedness and international travel policies.
Relevant buyers may include Directors of Operations, Heads of Global Mobility, Corporate Security Directors, HR executives, Travel Risk Managers, Heads of International Staffing and senior executives responsible for internationally deployed personnel.
What you will sell
You will introduce clients to Epsilon Risks' existing intelligence and advisory services, identifying opportunities such as:
- Country and destination risk assessments for international assignments and deployments.
- Ongoing monitoring of political, security and operational developments affecting personnel and business operations.
- Early warning, scenario analysis and forecasting for locations exposed to disruption.
- Evacuation-risk assessments and intelligence supporting contingency planning.
- Bespoke briefings and advisory assignments concerning workforce exposure, mobility restrictions and operational continuity.
Epsilon Risks provides independent intelligence and advisory support. We do not provide clinical services, personnel recruitment or physical evacuation operations.
What you will do
- Leverage your existing professional network to identify and engage prospective clients.
- Develop new commercial relationships with relevant decision-makers in your chosen markets.
- Understand clients' exposure, operational requirements and intelligence needs.
- Present Epsilon Risks' services and coordinate technical discussions with our analysts when necessary.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, manage follow-ups and close contracts.
- Identify opportunities for recurring subscriptions, bespoke assignments and longer-term commercial relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of client engagement, opportunities and sales outcomes.
What we are looking for
An established network of relevant commercial contacts is essential.
We are primarily looking for individuals who can draw on existing professional relationships rather than build a prospect network entirely from scratch.
Successful applicants should demonstrate:
- Previous experience selling B2B services to international staffing companies, multinational employers, medical assistance providers, travel-risk organizations or comparable clients.
- Existing relationships with decision-makers responsible for international operations, workforce mobility, personnel security or related services.
- A track record of negotiating and closing commercial agreements independently.
- The ability to develop qualified opportunities and introductions within the first weeks of collaboration.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Additional languages are an asset where relevant to the local markets you will cover.
Experience selling risk intelligence, research, security services, subscriptions or advisory services is advantageous. Specialist geopolitical expertise is not required.
Working arrangements and compensation
- Freelance / independent contractor agreement.
- Fully remote, with flexible working hours.
- Base payment plus commission, with terms agreed individually.
- Compensation reflecting relevant experience, existing commercial relationships and expected scope of activity.
- Access to commercial materials, service information and analyst support for prospective client discussions.
