About Epsilon Risks
Epsilon Risks is an independent risk intelligence and advisory firm helping organizations understand complex global developments and what they mean for their decisions. We provide country risk assessments, monitoring, strategic forecasting, due diligence and tailored advisory services for businesses, investors, public institutions and international programs.
About the role
We are looking for a curious, creative Community Manager Intern to help grow our LinkedIn presence and contribute to our corporate brand and social media identity.
Working with a small team from diverse backgrounds, you will turn our ideas and expertise into engaging content that builds awareness, brings readers to our website and connects us with prospective clients. You can work remotely from any location, with flexible hours.
What you will do
- Write and prepare LinkedIn posts that communicate Epsilon Risks' expertise and encourage meaningful engagement.
- Help develop our content calendar, suggesting relevant topics and creative formats.
- Contribute to a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
- Collaborate with colleagues to turn their insights into clear, accessible content for a professional audience.
- Proofread posts for accuracy, clarity and tone, and coordinate review with the relevant colleagues.
- Help respond to comments and support conversations around our content.
- Review post performance and suggest ways to improve reach, engagement and website traffic.
Depending on your interests and the projects available, you may also contribute alongside our geopolitical and international affairs analysts across public policy, defence, international development, humanitarian response and related areas.
What we are looking for
- Excellent written English, with strong writing and proofreading skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, broad general knowledge and enthusiasm for learning.
- An interest in social media, communication and brand building.
- Creativity and an ability to make complex ideas accessible to a professional audience.
- Initiative, reliability and an ability to organize your work independently.
- An ability to collaborate within a small team of people from different backgrounds.
Additional languages are an asset. Knowledge of international relations and geopolitics is welcome but not required. Familiarity with LinkedIn or basic content creation tools is also helpful.
What we offer
- Fully remote work, open to candidates worldwide.
- Flexible working hours over a six-month internship.
- Hands-on experience in social media, content creation and corporate communications.
- Space to contribute ideas and take ownership of your work.
- Opportunities to learn from colleagues working in geopolitics and international affairs, and to contribute beyond communications where your interests align.
